Affiliate marketing from Beginner to Advanced

Your affiliate manager

One thing I’d like to point here that many affiliates tend to forget or simply ignore when they are starting is the connection with your affiliate managers. Not only affiliate managers from your affiliate network but also any manager either from the traffic source, a tracking tool, or anything in between.

Managers have a wide view of everything that happens around the network and they have great insights about what’s working and what’s not.

Need to choose a vertical that’s still hot? Ask your affiliate manager.

Need to know if there are similar offers you can run without sorting through hundreds of inactive offers? Ask your affiliate manager.

Want to know which traffic sources or ad formats are doing better? Ask your affiliate manager.

You get the idea.

The manager, once you’re approved into a network, is your friend, and most of the time they will be happy to help you and point you in the right direction. Keep in mind that every affiliate manager manages a bunch of publishers and they won’t have all their time to talk to you, especially if you’re just starting or not generating any revenue. However, if you ask the right questions (i.e. concrete questions) and you’re patient, you’ll get some help.

Managers are human after all, so make sure you nurture the relationship and it will pay off in the long run. Many affiliates are so scared to talk to their managers that they end up losing so many opportunities.

At Golden Goose, you get an affiliate manager assigned to your account once they approve you. You can find their contact information at the top of your dashboard, including their email, Skype ID and Telegram ID.

Also, you can create tickets in the dashboard in case you need to reach the support team if you open this URL:
