Using the statistics within Golden Goose

Within your panel at Golden Goose, you can always use the statistics menu to check out the performance of your campaigns. By default, it will show the last days data, however, this dashboard is very useful to get information about the performance of different traffic segments, including filters by:

  • Days/weeks/months/hours
  • Campaigns
  • Carriers
  • Countries
  • Landing pages (or offer pages)
  • Pre-landing pages (Golden Goose has pre-landings available for you in many offers)
  • Browser
  • OS
  • Device
  • IP
  • etc

The dashboard is quite complete and you can use it as another way of tracking. Also, it might be very useful even if you use a tracker to confirm data such as carrier traffic or pre-landers and compare it against your traffic source or tracker.

For example, if you’re running an offer from multiple geos, you can check the performance of each one along with the number of conversions and then segment it by the carrier, as I just did in the screenshot below.

If you’re using pre-landers from Golden Goose, you don’t have control over them in your tracker, so you need to check the stats in your Golden Goose dashboard.

Additionally, you’ll find some interesting data such as the “traffic back” clicks and other stuff. You will learn how to set up the traffic back URL and how to use pre-landers from Golden Goose in the tracking section of this course.
